By Monday evening it was only supplying hot water for about 5 minutes then gradually goes bone chilling cold. I started the stressful task of learning what I could about water heaters. Then I started calling. Every plumbing company I called was 1 week to 30 days before they could do a replacement. I called Wanda’s Water Heaters and a gentleman by the name of Chad answered. I explained to him what my water heater was doing and he said that it is amazing you got 17 years out of the unit. And that it was definitely time to replace it. Chad took the time to explain the 2 best options for me. He explained the price and what it included. The pros and cons of each option. He then explained that his company could schedule me in for tomorrow or the following day. I told him I will call back the next morning to schedule after I decide on either the hybrid heat pump model or the electric one. I called the next morning and spoke to Amanda. She told me Chad briefed her on my situation and that I would be calling today. Amanda explained to me the differences again between the 2 options Chad suggested. I told Amanda. We have to decided to go with the hybrid heat pump model that Bradford White makes. She said excellent choice. She then asked do you want it done today or tomorrow? I told her Thursday will be fine. Chad arrived on the scheduled time. And after introductions in my driveway. He went to work. I would migrate to my basement occasionally and he would always update me on what he was doing how it was going. Chad is so awesome. I can tell he’s a car guy. He was so polite and professional to deal with. I highly recommend Wanda’s Water Heaters if you need a hot water tank replacement. Amanda and Chad were very transparent in explaining everything including the pricing. I was treated very fairly and the work was performed in a timely manner and it looks awesome. Thank you Chad for such excellent work and now the hot water is hotter than Georgia asphalt in the middle of July.

Wanda's Water Heaters was the one place that listed emergency services, so we called and they booked us an appointment for afternoon.  By 5pm that same day, Chad had removed our old water heater, installed a brand new system and we were back in business.
